After Sales Manager
Shaun is a mechanical engineer, with over 25 years of technical and commercial experience, he joined Edale in October 2020 from an aviation background. Shaun is responsible for leading our customer service team and driving a positive customer experience for existing and new customers.
Customer Support Executive
Emma Chalmers is Edale’s customer support executive and has been with the team for nearly 5 years. Emma is the primary point of contact for all service and support enquiries and liaises with the technical and commercial team on a daily basis. Emma also manages the engineers schedule and follows up on the reports.
Technical Support Manager
Simon joined Edale in 1993 as a Senior Field Engineer. Having held various positions within the company over the years, most recently Production Manager his technical acumen and product knowledge saw him re-joining the Aftersales Team when appointed as Technical Support Manager in January 2018. If not with a Customer providing high-level technical support, his normal day can consist of assisting with routine Support Cases, remote installation support, or, amongst other things, assisting Print Technicians with the commission and test of new machines progressing through build.
Joining Edale in 1995 as a trainee Manager, James progressed via various production roles before being appointed as Managing Director in 2006. He has led Edale’s successful growth to where we are today; a global key player in the printing and converting industry. A strong advocate of UK manufacturing and quality engineering, James has implemented successful relationships with our technology partners, built a focused management team and led the development of our successful Marketing and global distribution strategies.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Louise joined Edale in 2010 and quickly became an invaluable member of the sales and Marketing team. Louise is the Sales & Marketing Manager responsible for supporting existing customer by ensuring high levels of service and an effective response to any queries in order to meet and exceed their expectations. As well as this she works alongside colleagues in the team to bring in and respond to new leads, organise customer visits, arranging equipment demonstrations and communicating status of machines in build.
