Our FL5 and FL7 carton press lines have been developed from the ground up and in collaboration with carton printers for the processing of folding box board. When combined with the FDC 600 the FL5 makes an unbeatable highly productive single pass carton production line perfect for the production of short to medium run batches.
The FDC 600 gives you all the benefits of flatbed die cutting but with the efficiency of being reel fed. Configurable to run either off-line or in-line with roll fed flexographic and digital presses the FDC 600 delivers unparalleled production efficiency without compromise.
Finishing and digital embellishment solutions for digitally printed labels and flexible packaging with web widths up to 760mm. Highly configurable, multi-functional solutions combine traditional label finishing techniques with a range of lamination technologies, registered coatings and slitting technologies that provide ultimate flexibility to the digital converter.
These highly customisable converting solutions are a culmination of Edale’s complete technology portfolio and can be tailor made precisely to the converter’s requirements. Print, die cutting, lamination, slitting, variable data printing and many more technologies can be combined in whatever sequence to provide a highly productive production solution.

Edale Aftercare – Our After Sales service and support ensures that your Edale press runs as it should, when it should.
From initial build through to production, we provide an extensive After Sales service to ensure that all of our customers’ investments are protected at all stages of life. Each and every machine is installed by our own experienced engineers and is supplied complete with extensive training packages and comprehensive operator manuals.
In addition to a complete spare parts and consumables service, a wide range of maintenance and service plans are also available for additional peace of mind. Our After Sales team and exclusive distributors provide support to our customers across the globe. Our team of specialist engineers can provide remote diagnostics and rectification work to solve the majority of issues.

Whilst current restrictions can make it difficult to travel, we don’t want our customers, partners and collaborators to miss out. We have been running regular Virtual Tours of our facilities and also for demonstrations.
