Edale does not stop at providing first class machines to its clients' requirements; we also provide an extensive after sales service, to ensure that their investments are protected.
All Edale machines are installed by our own experienced engineers and are supplied complete with extensive training and full operator manuals. We provide a complete spare parts service, stocking our most popular parts.
As well as spare parts, a wide range of maintenance and service options for their machine are also available. These include: service contracts, individual service visits and health checks to name but a few. Please contact our Customer Services department for full details.
Additionally, we can deal with machine enquiries and technical queries. Our engineers can provide remote diagnostics to solve any machine problem.
Our Service and Support team provides support to our customers around the world. Our aim is to provide all our customers with the help and support they require in a timely and satisfactory manner. As well as an in-house team, Edale provides worldwide cover in conjunction with a network of agents and distributors.
