We provide an extensive after sales service, to ensure that all of our customers’ investments are protected. All Edale machines are installed by our own experienced engineers and are supplied complete with extensive training and full operator manuals. We provide a complete spare parts service, along with a wide range of maintenance and service options.

Our Customer Service team provides support to our customers around the world, and alongside our engineers we can provide remote diagnostics to solve the majority of machine problems.

Our service contracts offer a comprehensive level of support, so you can be assured that the press will be serviced regularly in addition to receiving priority engineer availability, discounted hourly rates and spare parts.
