The Edale Gamma is a fully servo driven flexographic printing press available in web widths of 430mm or 510mm. The Gamma is Edale’s flagship printing and converting system ideal for the production of labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging as well as more complex products such as Folding Cartons and Prepaid Telecom scratch cards.

The Gamma features servo drives on each print head, providing pre-register, auto-register and print length control features. This, combined with the revolutionary print head design, ensures job change times and setup wastage are kept to a minimum with the ability to perform a full station colour change in under 70 seconds.
This, alongside the job storage which can store infinite jobs and production data ready to be recalled at a later date , all amounts to saving the operator time enabling them to get on with the running of the press.
The Gamma’s ‘Plug & Play’ converting section allows users to swap in and out of different converting, laminating, winding or printing options to facilitate the production of value-added products.
