Edale, the UK based manufacturer of narrow web flexographic printing presses and converting equipment are delighted to announce that Pasaco, the Polish manufacturer of coated papers, and Poland and Central & Eastern Europe’s sole manufacturer of carbonless copy paper have recently installed a brand new six colour Edale Beta modular press.
For a number of years Pasaco have been heavily developing their range of converted papers; manufacturing cash register rolls, fax rolls and business forms, and within these developments the desired print method has always been flexographic printing.
Working alongside Edale are Edale’s Polish distributors MM Druk Serwis with its ITTP department, who after assessing Pasaco’s needs for expansion and development in the flexo press sector, arranged for Pasaco to visit Edale’s new purpose built Head office in UK for a factory tour, alongside a trip to Devon based Tamar Labels to see three of their Edale presses in production.
Pasaco were particularly impressed by the Edale Beta modular press; designed for easy accessibility and flexibility, and the capacity to incorporate up to 14 print stations, the Beta’s design makes upgrading simple and allows for a range of additional options to be added at a later date.
With over 70 machines installed in over 15 countries around the world, this highly flexible modular press has become a firm favourite with large and small companies alike.
Pasaco’s decision to buy the six colour Beta, was chosen as part of a larger project supported by the CE subsidies ‘Operational Programme – Innovative Economy’, which supports innovative undertakings in the enterprise sector by upgrading the innovation level by means of introducing modern solutions into companies.
